A new arrival

The new demi-god

The sun was slowly setting down filling the sky with shades or orange and purple. The waves that arrived at shore slowly became a bit more aggressive although on the background a silhouette of a person appeared that was slowly coming closer towards the shore. The man was standing on a tall board that drifted on the water. He had a paddle in his hands and was slowly paddle his way towards the shore while standing on the board. He found out the rhythm of the ways so he paddled between the waves and used the wave itself for a push itself to save strength. The closer he came to shore the more became visible of him together with a smaller board that he pulled behind him with a rope. On the other boards are 2 bags tied ontop of so they wouldn't fall off while he was on his way towards the shore. 

The man was traveling since early in the morning starting off with a airplane from New York to South Carolina followed by a boat ride that dropped him close to his destination and following making his way towards the shore on his paddle board. It was a total trip of 12 hours and now at this very moment this man arrived at the shore. He was about 19 years old with a athletic built standing 5'10" tall. He pulled on the rope that was attached to the other board to pull it close to his before he pulled both boards into the sand. Them moment both boards where on the shore he Stretched both his arms and said a bit too loud "Finally I made it" He had a weird accent which wasn't american at all since he had a dutch accent.
