SILENCE ALL THAT YOU SAID ♔
Sigrid sat under the dark umbrella, the hazy grey sky behind her peering between the ever-extending skylines. Blotting out the lights above was the artificial glow of street signs, lining the pathways of the main city. Sigrid made a valorous attempt in avoiding notorious tourist traps, seeing as they they weren’t much more than a suck of her precious time. No, the blonde woman wouldn’t have been in the Big Apple for any other reason besides work, although she preferred it to the flashy concrete jungle in the middle of the American Sahara, also known as Las Vegas. Sigrid absolutely abhorred the place, avoiding any travel there unless it was a necessity. All those who eyed her reminiscent to the way steak was placed in front of a pack of wolves, at least she had the security in knowing she could distinguish herself from the pack of dogs. Sigrid wasn’t dumb enough to go unarmed though, no. She had recently completely a job of hers, anyways. The mafia was rampant in the new york, and it seemed they were out of one of their largest drug dealers now,oh how unfortunate. Sigrid hadn’t much of an issue, the man was a rather ignorant oaf, falling for the most basic and transparent of her deceptions. Sigrid had a penchant for work such as this, dangerous and cunning, much like herself. With a level stare to decimate an army and a cold expression to morph the climate to that reminiscent of a tundra, Sigrid cleared a pathway towards the bus stop in which she waited, folding her umbrella neatly, it’s pointed end folded neatly, and most certainly cleaned of any evidence to testify it had been used to maim and murder. Sig got onto the bus, her gloved hands neatly folded in her lap. There was no evidence that she was the perpetrator of crime, although a hefty reward was underway for her. She would have been on her way in retrieving her profits, though she needed to exit the main city first, relocate to somewhere more secluded to safely make the return trip. Such minor detals were enough to occupy the mind of Sigrid, to where she hadn’t yet noticed anyone else making the trip with her. - 378 words - - @open - - mel mel m e l - - first sig thread! - |
