debonair (of a man) confident, stylish, and charming...
Jean-Baptiste, being the son of Aphrodite as well as being a Frenchmen, might as well be the walking, talking definition of confident, stylish, and charming. Jean-Baptiste may not possess the ability of charm speak, but he has quite the way with words, given that the person he is trying to charm can actually understand him. Jean-Baptiste's native language is French, which is of course known as the language of love, and it frequently aids him in his endeavors. His usual garb of choice would be a finely tailored suit, French-made naturally, and he embodies an air of sophistication, as well as a unique fragrance for every occasion.
gregarious (of a person) fond of company; sociable.
Jean Baptiste enjoys the company of people and large social situations far too much for the comfort of his creator. He is a renown socialite, capable of making a plethora of friends and acquaintances with little to no effort.
diligent having or showing care and conscientiousness in one's work or duties.
secretive (of a person or an organization) inclined to conceal feelings and intentions or not to disclose information.

Paris, the city of love; who would really think that they would encounter the Greek Goddess Aphrodite there, let alone bear her a child? That certainly wasn't Gaspard de la Fontaine's expectation when he traveled to Paris on business, as he was a married man that already had a daughter. For whatever reason, she was pretending to be the lawyer of the business firm he was doing business with, and she asked him out to dinner to further discuss their course of action. She was beautiful, and of course incredibly charming so it was incredibly difficult for him to turn down such a lovely lady. At dinner, instead of him putting the moves on her the roles were reversed and was she was the one trying to seduce him. Being a loyal husband, he did his best to resist temptation, and as an incredibly religious Catholic man he believed she was Satan taking on female form, yet he was unable to deny her any longer and the two laid together, as adulterers instead of man and wife.
His father, filled with regret, returned to Lyon and his family with the idea that what happens in Paris stays in Paris. He eventually started to forget his adultery, after much prayer and pleading of forgiveness, when there was a knock on the door one night. His wife, Joséphine, was the one to answer the door and she found a basket containing a baby swaddled in a pink blanket on their doorstep.

Better known as "fragrance manipulation," Jean-Baptiste has the incredibly rare ability of being able to manipulate scents. While he is able to make someone smell any variety of scent, it takes a lot more concentration and energy for him to do this than if he would just allow it to manifest itself naturally. Naturally, the scent pertains to that person and that person alone, so that three people in a room would smell three different things that pertained to that individual. Typically, Jean-Baptiste uses this as a sort of aphrodisiac, and manipulates the smell of his own cologne to attract people to him.

Jean Baptiste possesses the ability of "allurement," which allows him to use his appearance to fascinate and charm people of all sexes and sexuality.
