Daphne likes to think very highly of herself. She tries to imagine that she is better than everyone else and she doesn't need anybody. She likes to try and imagine that she can do everything better than everyone else. She will even tell people that she can do what they just did better than them. She will jump at the chance to tell anybody that she is better than they are. She is very demanding and wants everything done right now. If you don't listen to her the first time she will hurt you. She might ask again but if she has to ask three times you better watch out. Daphne does not like having to repeat herself so much. Even though she may be a mean person and will always jump at the chance to hurt someone she is very faithful to the people she cares about, for her that is the titan family. She does not care about many other people other than the titans and will do anything for them. She doesn't think about leaving them simply because she is so much like them she doesn't care about anything else.

Daphne was born in Berlin Germany to a mother was a gardener who spent a lot of time outside. Her father was Helios the Greek titan of the sun. He thought that her mothers love for the sun and the plants was fascinating so he went out of his way to meet her. The two were happy and soon a happy healthy baby girl came along. Daphne was a very outdoors kid. She loved to be outside and in the woods most of all. She loved the sun when she was little and when ever she was outside in the sun she felt safe. At night time she did not feel safe and felt like something was going to attack her while she slept or something like that.
Elementary school was hard for Daphne, it was more because of her ADHD and dyslexia. The words would move and change to a different language. No matter how many times she wrote the language down to show someone nobody would know what it was. It was not German or any known language. Daphne was able to make friends easy but they never stuck around long. They didn't like that she was always so full of herself and always trying to one up everyone. Daphne didn't go outside when all the other kids would because of the fact she always felt like someone was watching her.
Right after fifth grade Daphne's mother decided to tell Daphne who she was and who her father was. Daphne was very confused but one day she was imagining the sun in her hands and a fire ball was in her hand the next second. Daphne kept practicing this when ever she got the chance. She would only practice while she was home and away from mortal eyes so she would not get treated like an animal. She watched the movies with mutants in them and they were treated like animals, Daphne and her mother did not want that to happen. Her mother took her out of public school and started to home school Daphne. This was after Daphne accidentally set a mouse on fire in the house. Her mother was scared of Daphne setting something on fire in school. After Daphne spent a lot of time with her mother in the garden. Every morning Daphne would be in the garden with her mother while her mother worked.
One morning, when Daphne was thirteen, her and her mother were out in the garden like they always were. It started out as just any normal morning, Daphne was dancing in the garden and her mother was weeding. In a split second there was a hell hound and a hooded figure in the garden. Daphne's mother always kept a dagger in her tool box just in case something like this was to happen. She needed to protect her daughter the best she could even with her daughter having fire powers. When her mother tried to reach for the dagger the hell hound pounced on her causing her to not be able to get to the dagger. Daphne didn't know what to do other than have a fire ball in her hand. The hooded person took out a whip and hit Daphne's right side with it, this caused her to scream in pain. Daphne tried to keep her fire going but when the person kept hitting her with the whip. Daphne fell to the ground in pain and almost started to cry. She couldn't cry though, she was the daughter of a Greek titan, She was better than this person.
Daphne got back up and threw a fire ball at the hell hound that was trying to kill her mother. This caused enough of a distraction for her mother to get away and grab the dagger. Her mother threw it to Daphne and smiled at her child. Daphne took the dagger in one hand and had a fire ball in the other hand. The hooded person threw the hood down revealing that it was a man with dark hair and dark eyes. She didn't know who he was but she will never forget his face, He took the whip again trying to wrap it around her throat but instead she threw the fire at the whip and it caught on fire. The man had to drop the whip and pulled out a sword. She almost freaked out but she remembered that she had fire powers. In her mind a sword would not be much of use in a fight against someone with fire powers. When Daphne threw another fire ball at the hell hound causing it to whimper and hide in the shadows the man frowned. He put his sword away and stood up in a non threatening way. All he did was back up into a shadow with the hell hound and left just like that. Daphne dropped the dagger and ran to her mother, the pain on her side from the whip not stopping her.
Her mother stood up and took care of the wounds, cleaning them and making sure they would not get infected. When Daphne was all cleaned up her mother took care of her own wounds; three claw marks on her face and a bunch of smaller claw marks along her chest and stomach. When they were both fixed up Daphne's mother told her to back a bag of clothes. Daphne listened but did not know why she was told to back clothes. The only thought running through her mind was, where am I going? When Daphne was done her mother got into the car with Daphne in the passenger side. The whole ride to the airport Daphne did not understand what was going on, at the airport her mother got her a ticket to New York. Once Daphne had the ticket in hand her mother gave Daphne a note and told her not to read it until she got to New York. Once in New York Daphne opened the note and it read: Dear Daphne, my wonderful daughter. I'm sorry that this is happening but right now this is the best thing for you. You are going to be going to a camp your father told me about. He said there you would be safe but don't tell anyone who your father is. Someone will be there to pick you up. Don't freak out if he is in a wheel chair or they have goat legs. It's perfectly normal. I must tell you your mother is different, she can see through the mist. The mist is something that lets mortals see what they want to see instead of the real thing. So when the hell hound attacked they would have seen a large dog. I hope you are safe when you get there. Remember I love you.
Finding the person her mother was talking about was not that hard. They were waiting for Daphne with a sign that said her name. the person was with a weird limp thing. When they were in a car to camp he told her that he was a satyr. Half goat half human, he also told Daphne that her mom contacted the camp telling her that you needed to be taken to camp. He told her his name and Daphne in turn told him her name; even though John already knew her name. On the way to camp Daphne did not ask a single question, she didn't want to ask anything that would confuse her. John asked if she knew who her parent was and the only logical thing to do was lie. she knew that there was a Greek god of the forge so she told him that was her father. It would be a reasonable thing to say simply because she had fire powers and if he was a god of the forge maybe his children had fire powers. Soon they got to camp and the satyr took her to Chiron the leader of Camp half blood. There she told him the same thing she told John who her parent was. Chiron said until a claiming happened he couldn't put her in the Hephaestus cabin. John showed her around the camp and finally took her to the Hermes cabin.
Daphne was able to make friends and even hung out with her fake siblings. Even though she was not claimed she pretended to be a Hephaestus kid so her powers would not confuse anyone. Daphne was having fun at camp until people started to question her. They did not know why she had not been claimed yet. Before Daphne knew it a couple other demi-titan's showed up looking for more demi-titans, this is when Helios claimed her. Everyone that she had become friends with were now scared of her and they didn't trust her anymore because she had lied to them. Daphne soon went with the other demi-titans to their camp in the sea of monsters. Daphne hated the Greek gods because she felt like they were taking the titan's power away; which in it's own was true. Daphne knew that there was a war going on between the Greek and Romans but she didn't care. In her mind they all deserved to die. When the war was over and the Greeks and Romans made a joined camp she didn't understand why they would do that after a war. Daphne soon became a trainer for the untouchables who betrayed their parents by picking the titan side. Daphne enjoys trying to break the one she was given so that way she Doesn't try to leave or betray the titans. Her untouchable is a Roman demi-god of discordia the little ones name happens to be Astarte. Its a nice name different too but Daphne doesn't care. She treats her like a person but if she even look like she wants to leave Daphne hurts her, only a little not enough to kill little Astarte just enough to scare her.

She will throw fire balls at people that spread out if they touch the ground, making it a wall of fire. If it hits a person it will burn the spot that it hit for a little while (about a minute) and then go away. She can use this a lot more often because she did practice it when she found out she had powers. She can use this all she wants while she is in the sun but if she tries to use this when the moon is out she will tire herself out really fast.
-Can speak the titan language, she is extremely warm blooded, does not get cold easily. She is also flame resistant and fire does not bother her much.
