Nate is seriously a bad egg. Whether or not that was because of his past is up for debate. He gets this sick enjoyment at the suffering of others and he doesn't care who that makes uncomfortable. It's his own enjoyment and as far as he is concerned you can take your business elsewhere before he tries to see if he could cause you to go mad. It's not one of his powers, no, he just can work manipulation extremely well. What's scary is when someone knows how to manipulate what's scarier is when they know that.
As of yet he hasn't seemed to show any signs of being well, good. No matter how nice someone is to him. He prefers his loner status and is quit proud of it, no one weighing him down. He doesn't like following orders either, but that doesn't mean he doesn't know his place. It means it just gives him more motivation to make sure that changes.

Phoebe, being the titaness of prophecy and oracular intellect as well as having a being closely associated to the moon knew when would be the precise to conceive. She wanted a strong child one who would grow up well and be able to join his brethren when the time was right. So that was what lead her to the Oxford professor of astronomy. He was an older man, but she didn't care. And on that one night they shared together under the pale moonlight brought about a boy. Which, of course, she was not to take care of as he was abandoned on the professors doorstep at the right time.
Professor Bridgewell didn't think he would ever have a child, having devoted his entire existence to the study of astronomy. Working on a thesis of the effects the moon has on certain species. So when he found this child he as perplexed at first. Yet, he raised him. Hiring the best nannies money could but to ensure the child had a good childhood and then sending him to the best boarding schools. To say Nathan grew up spoiled was an understatement.
Nathan knew from a small age that if he gave a certain pout to the nannies they would feed him sugar. Tricks like these he acquire through the years. And before long he was a master at manipulation. Of course, he never dared to manipulate his father, much. Maybe beg for information of his mother or to learn of his research. HE liked hearing about the effects the moon had. In fact, he would spend countless nights starring at the pale rock glowing against the dark sky. He felt invigorated at that time, even more so when it was full. He felt as though nothing could stop him.
He grew up comfortable and saw no reason to leave, until the day his father died. He had a heart attack. Everything was left to Nathan and being a minor he was about to be put into the system so instead he ran. And he knew how to run and remain free. He was always a step ahead it seemed, it was mainly because he knew how they would act, a gut feeling or whatever but he knew what they would do if he focused on it long enough. So for about a year he was on the run before finally running into someone who called themselves a demiTitan and Nate knew he was suppose to follow with him having learned what his mother was from his father years before his death. Granted, at the time he didn't believe him. But now, now he felt he might have a purpose with all of these people, even if they annoyed him and he felt some of them were weaklings. Yet, he stays, waiting to see what will happen next.

POWERS & ABILITIES
Foresight: Due in part of his mothers association with oracles he has the ability to see what may happen. It's never clear and it can only be small as the god Apollo has dominion over that now. But if he focuses on something small in particular he might be able to figure out the outcome.
Strength from the moon: Whenever the moon is out and shining he has enhanced strength, not by much but still. His endurance increases and he heals quicker under these conditions. The full moon is when this is the strongest for obvious reasons and it's weakest whenever it's a new moon.
