---Felicity can resurrect a deceased person or herself one week after death at the earliest, however, if the body is already decomposing there is nothing that can be done. The deceased must also have a body that the soul can fully return to to begin living again and the body must be theirs. This power is a huge draining mechanism and leaves Felicity noticeably weaker after using it. In order to get back to full strength she will need at least a full day of rest after reviving a person.
