HistoryThe Good
Jovian is a joker. He jokes around and doesn't take many threats to heart, he lets them just slide off. He is cocky because well, he honestly thinks he's the best at what he does. He'll try to charm the socks off any girl he sees and is quite capable of charming anyone, knowing to lead a few boys on just for a laugh because no way would he ever do anything with a guy, he is super straight. Yet, he takes his job seriously, he has a natural talent for it. He would never help a Greek though, not unless he could help it. He can be hard sometimes but under the hardness is a very intelligent guy who is devoted to his craft, you just have to find it.
The Bad
Jovian doesn't do connections really well, he finds them hard to maintain and he just doesn't have the time for it. That doesn't mean you shouldn't try though, eventually someone has to crack him open. He is also arrogant and full of himself, which could lead to his downfall. He has no patience what so ever and wants things down as soon as possible, which is why he is getting annoyed that nothing has been done about the Greeks yet. He is also easily swayed by the curves of a beautiful woman, they're his weakness, he might just do anything in order to sleep with her for one night and boy what a night it would be, he'd imagine, even though he might find himself into some serious danger because of this trait.

Powers & AbilitiesJovian wasn't originally born Jovian. His original name was Henry Wallace. His mother worked for the CDC and apparently her caring mind towards the medicine was what caught the attention of Apollo. Either way the old man banged him mom and nine months later a set of twins was born. Two smiling boys. Henry and Matthew. Now now I bet you're wondering what happened to Matthew and why did Henry change his name? Patience, we'll get there, we're still on chapter one you inpatient sucker.
So the two boys grew up pretty okay. They lived a good solid life and such and were well off. But they knew something was up when their powers started to become more prominent and their moms boss tried to "kidnap" them. It was then that their mom revealed just what they were and about some silly camp they needed to go to. So, they packed their bags and headed on their way. However, the journey was not easy. They ended up being attacked by a group of monsters outside of the camp and as they ran for it Matthew got a vital hit. Henry was distraught and that was when he did his first solid bust of light. He passed out and was surrounded by piles of dust from the monsters and the charred dead body of his bother. Ashamed of what he did he ran into the camp and got rid of his name and took up the name Jovian, who happened to be a Roman emperor at one point too. He just liked the name. He dropped his last name, not taking up a new one. He didn't see the point of it. Plus, he remembered the connection it had to his brother and he just wanted to start a new life here.
After completing his probation stage he found himself at home within the third cohort. He worked hard for many years and spent most of his free time in the medic tent. After all, he figured if your could fight good and take care of yourself you were golden. So that he did. Things seemed pretty normal for the longest time and he fell into a routine. Then the war happened. He found himself juggling between being on the front lines and being a medic. He wasn't a medic in the service tent though, he was the medic on the front line, the first to the scene before the other medics could take the person back. If it weren't for him a lot more people might have died during the war against the Greeks, not that a lot of people didn't. All the screaming and all the blood he saw, it hardened him up. He closed himself up from any compassion towards the greeks and thought it was foolish to try to join with them after the entire war. So he joined up with the Renegades.
He found himself falling into a routine again at the renegade camp. The leader wasn't as good as Cato, that was for sure but he still did his job. And he was the only medic that stuck around for the Renegades so he found himself with a prime position within the ranks, something he was quite proud of. He was getting some recognition he deserved so he could give the leader props on that one. Yet, he still wished that she ruled with an iron fist like Cato, that they were doing more to avenge against the Greeks. Who knows, with all this waiting around he might just decide to take matters into his own hands.

Disease Manipulation: Oh, you're sick? That's unfortunate. Truth be told he probably caused it if he found you annoying or if he was told to. Any disease imaginable, but granted giving someone a cold is a lot easier than giving them the Black Death. However, he can also get rid of a disease too. Same rules apply, but if you come in asking him to get rid of a cold he'll probably tell you to grow a pair and get out.
Photokinesis: I told you no flash! Oh wait, you weren't taking a picture? Nah, that was Jovian making a big flashy display of himself. Better check yourself for burns and make sure to get your eyes checked, probably destroyed some retina there so best to just watch out. Trust me, you don't want him to use flash. Granted, he can just do a small one and not be too tired but if he wanted to be really elaborate to make a getaway or do some true harm, he'll probably need a solid nap afterwards.
