Jasper wasnt one for sexy, funny, or cute costumes. He wanted what Halloween was really about, scary, dark, and all about the dead. It was his favorite Holiday and not just because he got to scared the pants off of little kids, there mothers, and maybe even their fathers if they didnt have the courage inside of them. Jasper knew everyone would wear some kind of mask so he opted for the best thing, he dressed as a scarecrow and not the Wizard of Oz type the real dark and scary type that people saw in there nightmares. Jasper smirked slightly as he adjusted his costume, he`d been at the party for some time now but hey there was nothing wrong with making sure one looked their best even if they were scary. He had girls looking at him with confusion, was the man under the mask hot, attractive, nice looking? Was he hiding himself for a reason? Some girls liked the deep dark attraction that is a man in a scary mask, while others hid and tried not to make eye contact. Sighing he moved to a set of girls a wicked smirk on his face. "Evening ladies." he chuckled lowly, he didnt care who they were or what they were dressed as he just needed something to take his mind off of the party stress.
He missed the emperor, his sisters, everything good in his life was missing and now he needed some stress relief, A party was a good way to do that. Jasper looked over the women in his small area and sighed, none of them stood out to him so he decided to wander away while one spoke to him not that he cared or anything. The girls watched as he walked away he didnt known where he was going but he wanted to do something to get way from the people who where here, He needed to find a girl to flirt with, or someone to keep him busy while he watched the time click by. Jasper was a man of little needs but he wanted to do something fun for once, if one could call dressing up like a child fun? He moved quietly through the crowd til he found a nice secluded spot then decided to plop himself into the corner watching as if planning something devilish in his mind. His eyes scanning the room for anything out of the ordinary.

Lydia could've sworn that the punch had been spiked. After a few sips, something seemed...off? It didn't taste like regular punch, so of course she stopped drinking it. She was a little torn between throwing it away, or giving to some stranger, so it remained in one hand. Her other was holding her rather long skirt up. Which she supposed sort of made up for how revealing the dress was to begin with. But it was pretty, so she didn't mind very much. A silvery blue that slowly became darker as it reached the bottom of the dress. The sleeves seemed to float like water as she walked, and she allowed a small smile to grace her lips as she eyed all the strangers. So many people to talk to, and she hadn't the slightest idea who to talk to first! Someone looked over at her occasionally, but so far no one had managed to catch her eye.
And then she saw it- him? A scarecrow. Not the friendly one who helped Dorothy, certainly. It was as if it'd stepped out of a nightmare. Lydia watched with slight amusement as everyone seemed to avoid him. Some girls were brave enough to go near him, others hung back from him and avoid looking at him. Well, so far he'd been the only one to catch her eye. One girl started talking to him, she couldn't quite tell what she was saying, but it didn't seem to matter because a few moments later he moved away. Well, this wouldn't do, would it? The daughter of Athena didn't seem the least bit scared of him as she approached his corner. With a smile, she leaned up against the wall and spoke to him. "Hey handsome, come here often? You look like you could use some company." She was joking, of course..the bloody mask he was wearing could hardly be described as "handsome". But he did look in need some of company.
But it was interesting, and quite normal for a guy to dress up as something scary for Halloween. While the girls settled for cute, pretty or sexy costumes, the guys always took the opportunity to look scary. Werewolves, vampires..zombies, things like that. And they always used as much blood as possible. Not that it was a bad thing, just somewhat predictable. While waiting for any kind of response, she eyed the cup in her hand. Whose idea was it to spike the punch anyway? Wasn't that more of a high school dance kind of thing? But it wasn't like anyone had been guarding the table with all the drinks. So it wasn't much of a surprise someone had spiked it. Funny when she was trying to avoid getting drunk, it would've happened anyway. That wouldn't have been fun. She wanted to see straight and walk upright. That would shatter her "graceful queen" illusion, and she was pretty sure Queens didn't get hungover. Or did they..?
